I am absolutely devastated that my A5 was hit by a parked car without its handbrake on. I only bought a month ago from V12 and it is such a gorgeous car! I was being so careful and hadn't even parked close to anyone 😫 After the dent has been put right it should be back to its former glory. Before this incident I couldn't fault the car (and I still can't tbh some silly person has caused it damage). The car was sold to me by Shaun who was lovely and I couldn't fault him.

I was interested in a Passat for sale at another branch of V12 but didn't quite see it in time because before I could arrange for it to be transported to the Nelson branch it had sold. I was gutted but the V12 team pulled a blinder, they sourced another Passat and had it transferred to the Nelson branch for me to view. This Passat actually turned out to be slightly newer and with great mileage, I was made up! I took some time to take it for a test drive and think my decision over. It was definately the car for me so I moved ahead with the purchase and Aaron helped me throughout.

I found V12 online and they had the car I wanted in stock, a Mercedes C-Class that had the features I was looking for. I dealt with a sales advisor called Laura who is awesome! It was nice to deal with a female in car sales for a change, I felt much more at ease with her. That being said there was also a gentleman who assisted me too and he made sure everything was set up for me inside the car. The Mercedes is absolutely fantastic and there hasn't been a single issue with it.

Super helpful team, even when I had issues the service remained the same positive and professional standard I had become accustom to. A big thank you for X1, I am very pleased with it.

I must say that it was a very quick and efficient sale with V12 and I was able to have my TT delivered when I wanted. When the TT arrived it was as described and I couldn't wait to get out in it. Its a beautiful car inside and out, doesn't give me any trouble.

Enquired about a Volvo xc40 last week. The car was In Leicester branch when I enquired when I arrived to look at prices was In the Stoke branch for me to see which was well organised, first I delt with Dan which who was very helpful, i then delt with Chris who rang me repeatedly to update me as we struggled with a known problem from the finance company , he done a lot of the work I should of been doing ringing and chasing paper work etc making the experience so much easier , on the day of exchange I felt reassured and very happy leaving yeh V12 Stoke , Mike and I think her name is Hannah took a few phone calls to from me very helpful also passing messages between , if I was buying another car because of V12 Stoke branch I would be definitely visiting this branch first. 10/10 for Jack at V12 Sports and Classics he was really attentive and offered to get a compressor for the car sent out to me. The car drives well and does what I need it to do.
