Not too long ago I helped my Grandson buy his first car and he is chuffed to bits with it. He was most pleased with the way the transaction was handled and I've heard no complaints from him. Seeing him so pleased makes me a happy Grandad! 👴

There is not enough praise that can be given to Alex at the Newcastle branch. He was amazing from start to finish. What I really liked is that he was extremely patient and in no way pushy. Just a great salesman. As far as the car is concerned, I am just as happy with that. I had a few possibilities in mind, but as soon as I saw the Hyundai Tucson, I knew I wanted it! I would not hesitate to visit V12 again in the future. I will be asking for Alex though!

I can't pick fault with any part of the process when I bough my A4. Everything was agreed quickly, and I was in and out in no time. V12 is definitely worth a visit if your looking for a new car, they have lots to choose from and I believe they have quite a few different branches too.

Everything is going well with my Audi, its exactly what I was expecting and it drives very well. I was also very impressed with the high levels of customers service from the staff at the Witham branch. They reacted very quickly to any queries I had, which made the process a very easy one.

Citroen is awesome so far , I'm extremely happy 😊 The whole office team was great, very helpful and answer all my questions.

I bought a Jaguar from the Hinkley branch and dealt with Steve. He was absolutely brilliant! He did everything he said he would and even followed up with a few courtesy messages after I bought the car to make sure everything was as it should be. I cannot fault the way he handled everything.

We had a great experience down at V12 sports and classics. The staff there were great, they made sure everything was done in a timely manner and were extremely pleasant. We bought a Citroen C5 and drove away feeling very happy. A definite 5 stars!
