As a whole it was a good experience the salesman was fine to deal with and the car being is ok.. But I found a couple of bits frustrating, I ended up having a issue with a coolant leak which I would have thought would have been picked up with the inspection they do. But this all got rectified on the 3 month warranty which we had.

I found this dealership on Autotrader and found there adverts very detailed, and when I found to enquire they were very thorough explained all about the car, James was very good and provided an excellent job. There is a slight issues with the alloys as the paint is peeling but other than that the car is good.

This is my 3rd time buying a car from V12 and I really wouldn't go anywhere else. I have recommended my little siter to come and buy a car from them too, as I know they will look after her well. I initially brought a Jag in October, but recently had to change this but James was great in helping me move over to the T-Roc, which is amazing! Ill always will recommend and always come back.

The Jaguar F-Pace that I purchased has been running well with no issues. However, I felt that we were at the dealership for a long time, and it was a bit rushed towards the end. We also had to get back in contact with them after the purchase regarding a deposit we left, and I thought the communication could have been a bit better. Overall, I would give a three-star rating.

When I bought the BMW X3, other than an issue with the wheel alignment that I took to my local garage and got resolved, and then sent the invoice to V12 who refunded me the money, there have been no issues. Tony was the gentleman I dealt with, and he was very nice. I would give my overall experience 4 stars. The only thing stopping me from giving it 5 stars was a bit of miscommunication with the logbooks and the DVLA regarding a car that I part exchanged, but it was all eventually resolved.

My overall rating would be a 4. I thought Harry was really welcoming and informative about the process and kept me up to date. In regards to the car I bought, which was a Mercedes A-Class, it’s doing exactly what I wanted it to do.

It has been going well with the new Range Rover I bought back in September. I have already recommended V12 Sports and Classics to some colleagues who are looking to buy a car. James was also helpful on the day.

We purchased two cars from V12 Sports and Classics, an MG ZS and a Land Rover Discovery. Both cars are running well, although there was a bit of an issue with communication regarding the ability to put a private registration on my wife's car, which was not made clear to us until toward the end of the purchase.
