The car is absolutely fine, apart from one of the fog lights isn't working. V12 have recommended me to a garage they work with and they said they will be paying for it. The staff were fine, no problems at all.

Customer service was incredible. Above and beyond. The team were warm, friendly and so professional. The best car buying experience I've had to date. Car is beautiful too - reasonable priced; an affordable solid car.

.Jack was really lovely and patient because we went there at the end of the day and he stayed late to help us. They even picked me up from the train station because I had to travel to get there. The car is doing well - I really enjoy driving it around. I'd give them 5 stars and I'd definitely go back there when I need another car,

I would rate v12 sports a 5star. We bought l ovely car very pleased with it and the sales people were very helpful. We would certainly use them again.

The guy who I dealt with was champion. The only thing that let me down was they gave a part ex price over the phone, and when I got there they halved the offer which wasn't great. I'd have to give them 3.5 stars just because of the part ex issue, but other than that my new car is nice.

Everything up to the sale was perfect. Well handled in the show room, well informed, pleased to drive away the same day with promises made by the dealership. After the sale is where the problems started. I have managed to get through to the support team (30mins hold) on three occasion, each time being promised a reply the next day. Nothing. I am growing tremendously tired of the service I am receiving and my new car is still awaiting promises given since the sale, 4 weeks on since driving away.

The car is great but a light has started coming on saying there's an engine fault which I need to call them about. The staff were really good - very patient. I'd give them 5 stars.

I was made to feel a bit of a nuisance by them to be honest. We had to keep asking for keys and the salesman couldn't hide his impatience. Also, all the extras that were put on the invoice at the end - they didn't explain what they were at all. I'd give them 3 stars for the experience but I am loving the car so far.
