I bought a Seat Leon for my son, overall, we were happy with the car, but there were a few issues that, if they resolved or offered a solution to them, then it would have 5 full marks. So I would give it 4 out of 5.

Harry was the salesman we dealt with on the day, and he was great throughout. We did have to get an issue resolved through the warranty, but now that has been sorted, the car is running well.

As a whole it was a good experience the salesman was fine to deal with and the car being is ok.. But I found a couple of bits frustrating, I ended up having a issue with a coolant leak which I would have thought would have been picked up with the inspection they do. But this all got rectified on the 3 month warranty which we had.

I found this dealership on Autotrader and found there adverts very detailed, and when I found to enquire they were very thorough explained all about the car, James was very good and provided an excellent job. There is a slight issues with the alloys as the paint is peeling but other than that the car is good.

This is my 3rd time buying a car from V12 and I really wouldn't go anywhere else. I have recommended my little siter to come and buy a car from them too, as I know they will look after her well. I initially brought a Jag in October, but recently had to change this but James was great in helping me move over to the T-Roc, which is amazing! Ill always will recommend and always come back.
