The staff were very pleasant during the whole process. It was a lovely experience - I can't actually think of a way it could have been improved. I'll definitely go back when I'm in need of another car.

I was made to feel a bit of a nuisance by them to be honest. We had to keep asking for keys and the salesman couldn't hide his impatience. Also, all the extras that were put on the invoice at the end - they didn't explain what they were at all. I'd give them 3 stars for the experience but I am loving the car so far.

They were very friendly and helpful. i'm enjoying the car so far even though I haven't used it much yet! I'll give them 4 stars, only because a bit of wiggle room on the price would have been great, especially considering the high price of the car.

I dealt with Tom there and he was excellent. I've done a fair few miles in the car so far and it's a really nice drive. I'll give them 4 stars only because I had to chase them a couple of times to get my refundable deposit back. The experience was great though.

Nobody gets 5 stars but I can't pick fault with my experience at the Stoke-on-Trent branch. Jack was great on the day, there was an issue with his computer that meant he had to try a couple of times to swipe my card, but each time he showed it hadn't gone through, and it got sorted in the end. I've already added a few thousand miles to the clock and it's been running smoothly.

Absolutely loving the Nissan Navara, this is my first time owning one coming from an L200 before and this is loads better. I’d been thinking about upgrading for a while and I knew I wanted it as soon as I saw it. Alex was great, really helpful and no pressure at all. He ran me through everything and made the process easy. Sorted and drove away the same day. Perfect.

This was my first time dealing with V12 Sports and Classics but to be honest, it went really well. The salesman (KobiA) was really good and got the deal done quick. Once the finance got approved, I wasn't waiting very long until the car was mine. I'm happy with the car. Hopefully I can buy more cars from them in the future.
