I travelled from London to Stoke after I found the vehicle I wanted via autotrader, and I dealt with Max who was absolutely amazing, very nice and kind to deal with. There was some concerns with a leak but they got the mechanic to help resolve it, and so far everything is okay with the car.

This was our 2nd time buying from V12 and once again we had excellent service from the team. We dealt with Jack who was entertaining and was able to have good banter with. So far the car is lovely, and is driving great.

Dealt with James as my salesperson on my first visit to V12, and the service was all good. Need the vehicle checking over and the wait on the day felt a little long, but apart from this I am happy and would look to recommend.

The car is absolutely fine, apart from one of the fog lights isn't working. V12 have recommended me to a garage they work with and they said they will be paying for it. The staff were fine, no problems at all.
