My partner already had a Mazda, and when my car died I was driving that, so it just felt right. I also wanted a nice looking car, which is why I went for it. At the dealership itself was alright, and everything went fine when buying the car. However, the aftercare hasn’t been great so far. I’ve been trying to get in contact about the tracking system and was supposed to get a callback but haven’t heard back. It’s been a bit difficult getting through. Other than that, the car is lovely, and I do want to keep it.

All good with the Tesla Model Y, the salesman was helpful, and everything whilst at V12 Sports and Classics was good.

I actually came across V12 Sports and Classics through a family member who recommended them. My experience there was really good buying the Nissan Qashqai. The person I dealt with was really good as well, even though I can’t remember his name now.

Everything was sorted quickly from when I wanted the car to getting it. The person I dealt with was helpful as well, especially with making sure everything was right with the finance. No issues with BMW. I just saw it and fancied it, so I decided to go for it.

The Kia I purchased has been good, and the buying experience was fine. I can't remember the salesman's name, but he was fine as well.

I bought a Mini from V12 Sports and Classics, and overall I’d say it was a good experience. The car itself is fine now, although there were a couple of things I had to get sorted myself after the purchase. Ammar at the dealership was very helpful. Although I did feel so after I agreed to purchase the car, the manager's tone changed a bit, so that is the only thing. Aside from that, I would still recommend V12 Sports and Classics.

Everything has been fine, I use the car daily and have had no problems at all. My experience at the dealership was easy-peasy. Everything was done within a day. I believe it was Jack that helped me, he was spot on. 5/5.

Getting on reasonably well with the Polestar, When I got the car home, there was a component that needed to be changed, which I thought would have come up in the pre inspection. I'm currently going through the warranty. On the day of the purchase it all went okay, it's just getting this issue resolved.

I was looking for a Mercedes CLA on Autotrader, that i show I came about V12, the reason I went with them was proximity to be honest. It took quite a while to be fair, took about 3-4 hours as it was a private reg and they had to change it back to normal. So in the end I just drove to the place that was going to make up the plates and got them printed there and then. Everything else was absolutely fine. Overall I would rate them a 5.

I have bought cars for the past 9 years from V12, I have been to 3 of the branches now, (Wolverhampton, Worksop. Stoke). And I will say although it Stoke is a little smaller and quieter they get the job done. I was very happy with the salesman and the manager they were gentleman to deal with. They looked after me and gave me a fair deal on my part exchanged vehicle. The car I did get hasn't let me down yet, I am very pleased with it. I would definitely give this branch a 5 out of 5 star rating. That dealership and this branch I can really vouch for.
