The whole process took about 4 hours, weren’t expecting to come away with a car! The warranty wasn’t properly explained, as I found out I still had 9 months of the manufacturer's warranty on the Nissan Qashqai. I got the warranty refunded in the end. Overall, the process was pretty smooth.

The whole process with Abi was very straightforward. I did feel bad for Abi during one point when she had to try to sell me extras as I worked in car sales before and I knew I wasn’t going to take anything. I’m a very straightforward customer, I knew what I wanted when I came in.

The Corolla has been really good so far. When I initially went to view the car, it wasn’t available. Overall, the service was good, and I really like the car so I would recommend V12 in Worksop.

The whole sale experience was fabulous, V12 in worksop were really good. Abby was great, and the guys who dealt with us when we walked in were busy with someone else, but it took time to find someone else to deal with us, even though they were busy. We will definitely look at going back again when we're in the market for another car. I’m getting along with the car VW T-Roc, it’s a lovely motor.

There were a couple of choices at the V12 dealership. I went with the Mini as it was an automatic, which suited me, and I really liked how compact it was.

Friendly staff and efficient

Robin the salesman was very good, he was easy to talk to, communication was good - he is a overall good salesman. The car I bought was a Range Rover Evouqe and other than an issue with the arm rest which was broken and then replaced and fixed its all been ok and generally happy with it. I did find the wait times at the dealership a bit lengthy if they can shorten this wait times or explain on why you are waiting this would be a great improvement.

The whole process buying my Clio from V12 was easy, and a pleasurable experience. The only thing I can say is when I didn't take up the added extras as it was out of budget you could see the disappointment in the salesman's face, but that said the salesman Jon was good and the Clio has been sound, no trouble at all.

It was a good experience buying from V12, Robin the salesman was really good and make it comfortable. I did notice the process looking at the vehicle felt a little rushed but other than this it was a good experience and I would go back.

No complaints. The Toyota Corolla is nice and, at the moment, it’s working well. . I’ve only had one little issue with a mark on the dashboard and the dealership have said i can take it back at some point. already recommended V12 Sports and Classics to my friend, and I’m also looking at another two or three cars. I keep checking to see if another car becomes available as I’d consider buying another one from them.
