The worst experience of buying a vehicle totally untrustworthy.

Hi i recently purces my luton van mercedes sprinter from VAN MASTER and I was very happy with them custom. They are very reliable people and please i will advice everyone to have a trust with this company. I have tried to many ather places but this people they helpe me to much. Thanks you Van Master

I have now purchased two Mercedes sprinter 313 dropsides from van master in bury st edmunds. I requested the second van to have the same spec as the first I purchased, so without fail Simon and Rob sorted the new bed, rear camera and led lights for the back. Really happy with what they have done. Will be back to get our next truck at the end of the year.

I have had my Citroen Nemo for a year now since I purchased it from Van Master Bury St Edmund's. I must say how very pleased I have been with the van and especially Van Master, I have had a couple of small issues all dealt with quickly efficiently and promises kept a year on for a free service. Travelled 330 miles to buy a 55 plate Ford Ranger. Made several calls to seller before travelling, for assurance that vehicle was in good condition. Was assured vehicle was in good condition, which bodily it was. Test drove at 60 mph, all seemed OK, so asked if any warranty, told due to low price £3950, so not that low, no warranty, they know their way round the system, as invoiced marked, sold as scrap or spares. Within 30 miles of their premises, vehicle developed misfire and glow plug started flashing. Just made it home. Vehicle SHOULD NEVER HAVE BEEN TRADED. KEEP AWAY FROM THIS FIRM! You have been warned, by many others I notice.
