Incredibly helpful people! Really easy, smooth transaction. Very knowledgeable. Van was just as described and better than the photos could show. There was a squeaky auxiliary belt tensioner that I was made aware of when I purchased the van and was told if it hadn’t stopped, to bring it back for replacement to which they rectified promptly. Couldn’t recommend these guys enough. Thanks again!

Agreed a purchase, left a deposit and I suspect they got a closer offer which was easier for them so they cancelled my order. Very disingenuous and disappointing. They claimed to be straightforward. The day after they cancelled. Y order the van was off Autotradr so clearly been sold elsewhere. Avoid tyem

thanks for you review mr c, i am very surprised you claim we are disingenuous when you placed a deposit on a vehicle done 123000miles and then started sending messages about an mot advisory reg a few small chips on the screen, you wanted us to deliver the vehicle to glasgow which is 460 miles from us and we were concerned you would not be happy with the condition and expecting the truck to be unmarked which is not a realistic expectation considering the price and mileage, we had to make a call based on the fact that you are a twenty hour return trip from us that would cost us £600 if you decided not to proceed which would be your right, the vehicle dropped of the autotrader on time actually and did not sell to someone else and maybe before you set out to falsely to damage a companys reputation you could get your facts right, sorry you feel as you do but it was to greater risk for us to take, if you had been 150 miles away we would have taken the chance, dave
Very difficult finding a company in any industry that it trustworthy, competent and offer great customer service. Lynn and Dave have years of experience and I found them very straightforward to deal with. No pushy sales just good honest service and advice. Very pleased with my Peugeot Partner van. Been searching for weeks and the price and condition of the van was the cheapest and best available. Would thoroughly recommend this company.

Amazing experience !!! Dave and Linda were very knowledgeable, personal and a pleasure to deal with. The Vivaro was reasonably priced and in great condition. We were able ro complete the transaction and drive away within an hour with 1 day insurance arranged with the help of Linda. The customer service was second to none and although a bit of a long journey we will definitely use again in the future. Highly recommended and worth every single star 🌟

We recently bought our first pickup (a Ford Ranger) from Dave and Lynn. They could not have been more straightforward and easy to deal with and have been very helpful afterwards helping us to arrange a towbar fitting. I've bought a lot of cars from big glossy dealerships but none of them were in the same league as Vanfair. When the time comes to change we will not be going anywhere else.

Superbly priced T6 van - nothing else on the market that was even a close match. Really friendly and knowledgeable sellers who have been in the industry for decades. Had a problem with an oil leak -a common issue with T6s. Even though we live hundreds of miles away in Devon, Dave and Lynn were happy for us to use our local garage to fix the issue, which they covered, with no quibbles whatsoever. Genuinely couldn’t ask for better service.

Thanks to Dave and Lynn. I purchased a Nissan Navara D40 Tekna from them 2 years ago. I was unsure at first as was moving from a van to try out something different. Couldn't fault their service. Took my van as px at a very good price. Have had 2 great years at 1000 miles a month. Really happy and would definitely go back when the time Is right to change vehicle.
