The whole transaction was handled remotely and over the phone, with them organising the delivery of the new and pick up of the old. Needless to say, what with auto trader scammers lurking at seemingly every corner, I was a little anxious about sending a substantial amount of money over the phone to people I had never met for a truck I had never seen! My concerns were easily put to rest by the professional way in which the pair handled the business, the truck came and is beautiful, clean as a whistle and totally as described - no hidden surprises.
