Found my van via Autotrader. When I called to enquire more detail, Lynn was very helpful and offered lots of info for me to think about. Thankfully the van was still available a few weeks later when I was ready so booked in to see it. Presentation was excellent with the van looking like new, all the paperwork was ready to go and a test drive was the clincher. Really great service. I spoke with Lynn and Dave on the phone throughout the day, I must have contacted them 20 times as I knew nothing about buying a van for camper conversion. They were incredibly patient and went out of their way to help me; they came to pick my up at an earlier station due to a cancelled train! The van I saw (and bought instantly - Renault Trafic 1.6 dci business) was very reasonably priced and in better condition than I expected. We bought a T5 off Dave and Lynn at Vanfair to convert to a campervan last October (2017). The van was in really nice condition and well priced. We live relatively locally (25 minutes away) so went to see the van before buying. We have had it a year, had it converted and have driven it to Southwest France and back, plus to Bristol etc for the conversion and many weekends away. It drives beautifully, is comfortable and serves our purpose well. It's well worth a visit to see what stock they have. Ours was a trendline and serves our needs perfectly. Great customer service too. Lynn helped us to get a warranty sorted and made sure everything went well with the van. Very happy so far.
