The best service from start to finish. The sales person was excellent. He delivered very good customer service, and the other staff were nice too. We even got hot drinks or tap water offered to us, which was very nice. We will be back in the future if we need to upgrade.

Very good customer service. The sales representative was extremely calm, approachable, and honest about everything. It was very reassuring to be dealt with in safe hands when buying my car, and there was good quality assurance with the car checks.

Rob was brilliant and truly went the extra mile. I part exchanged my car, which had a private number plate, and he took care of all the details to transfer it to my uncle’s car as a special gift. The entire process was seamless, with no issues at any stage. During the handover, the car was immaculate—exactly as promised. I found the Mercedes on Auto Trader, and when I visited the forecourt, Rob handed me the keys for a test drive. Everything they said they would do, they delivered on. Highly recommend!
