VR EPS provided a brilliant service from start to finish. All the staff are so helpful in any way they can be. Nothing was too much hassle and I was always given updates where needed. I just want to say big thanks to everyone for helping get my BMW 4 series, its absolutely perfect. The cars are finished to a high spec with lots of care and attention. I bought a Jaguar F-Pace last month and I'm overjoyed with how it all went. It was a nice and simple transaction, without any bother at all. The car is doing great, it's interior is luxurious and extremely comfortable, I haven't done a great amount of miles in it, but the local trips I have done, I've thoroughly enjoyed. The car was in great condition when I went to view it, the salesman was really upfront he told me everything I needed to know without any prompt, he explained what history the car had and any previous details that were important to my decision, very helpful and extremely polite.
