Absolutely over the moon with the my new car, it's a very nice car, looks great, drives even better and was fantastic value for money. The last 3 cars I've had were BMW 1 Series on PCP, I like the cars and their performance but I wanted to buy one outright to keep for many years, I wanted something newer, less mileage etc. Vanrooyen had exactly what I wanted. I was dealing with Sam a lot, he was amazing, a very well educated and helpful chap, and Martin was also very informative and always on hand to help. I can't complain at all, I was happy with how the process and sale was handled, very happy with the car and Vanrooyen showed a high level of care and respect for the customer. My Son bought a car from here and he recommending me, I will continue recommending to friends and family, very happy.

When I was dealing with Vanrooyen 3 things in particular shone through - transparency, honesty and kindness. I purchased a lovely Audi A3, and chose to have the car delivered, I didn't view or test drive, just bought it from looking at pictures, videos and a couple of conversations with the staff there. I was happy with this as the car looked and read very well in the description. Through-out the sale the dealership staff were great, I cant praise and thank them enough for there constant updates, communication and help. When the car was delivered to me, the chap asked me to come and look over car ensure I was happy. There was a small problem with the front passenger alloy, and rather than waiting for me to come across it, he pointed it out straight away and gave me options: you can bring it back to be repaired, or you can have this repaired locally and send us the invoice. I then called the office to confirm and was given the exact same information, we agreed to have the alloy fixed locally and be reimbursed. I cannot thank Vanrooyen enough for the honesty and for been so open. The whole process ran smoothly and efficiently, I'm highly impressed with the service. I have gained a great level of trust in Vanrooyen, and I will certainly return and recommend to others.

I contacted Vanrooyen after finding an Audi A1 online, it was a bit daunting as I don't know much about cars, I'm young and haven't had a lot of experience in driving/buying cars. When I was speaking to the Sam, the salesman, he said I wasn't able to test drive (due to restrictions), I was a little upset as I would have liked to drive it before buying, but fully understood why I couldn't. Sam made me feel at ease, he really held my hand through-out the whole process, explained everything well, kept in contact with updates, and just generally looked after me. When I went to collect the car, as soon as I saw it, I just knew it was the one! It was sooo clean, shiny and sparkling, it looked perfect. I had private plates on my old car and Sam very kindly took them off and put them on the Audi for me, he even helped me with the retention docs etc, he really did go above and beyond. Since buying the car a couple of weeks ago, I've driven it everyday as I'm still going to work, I use the motorway daily, and the car has been nothing but reliable, I've covered a fair few miles, and no issues at all. I highly recommend Vanrooyen - they made a daunting experience, exciting and pleasurable.

I have been using Vanrooyen for many years now to purchase cars, its the only place I will buy a car from. Martin is a delight to deal with, very open, honest and informative. I can't fault the customer service, this time or any other time I've purchased, the team are always on hand to help, and will always put the customer first. My most recent purchase was an Aston Martin DB11, the car is phenomenal, I haven't driven it a great deal, but what I have driven of it, its superb! I can't recommend Vanrooyen highly enough!

I bought a Range Rover Evoque and the car is beautiful, it runs like a dream, looks in great condition for its age and the price was according. The customer service was fantastic, by far the best experience yet. Martin was brilliant and helped me through the sale and Rob too - very informative and helpful. Both gents were lovely to speak to and deal with and they ensured the process was smooth and as easy for me as possible. I highly recommend Vanrooyen, for their high level of customer service and care and also the incredible range of stock. Really impressed.

This is the 7th car I've bought from Vanrooyen, its my go to place and it's nice to get to know the guys and trust a car dealership, they have never let me down, This time round I've bought an Audi Q7 - its lovely, very good car, I'm enjoying it a lot and I actually prefer this car the Bentley I had previously! I will be back soon to have a nosey at the stock, and upgrade again!

Very very impressed with this dealership, the level of care given to customers is A*, the stock they hold is beautiful and the car I bought is amazing! I bought a BMW 4 Series, and its by far the nicest and quickest car I've ever owned, its lovely to drive and I'm definitely enjoying it. Nick dealt with the sale and he was a very nicer chap - he looked after me, there was no pressure, it was a nice relaxed experience and I will certainly recommend Vanrooyen for this to others.

The guys down at Vanrooyen were brilliant, they did everything they could to help and make the sale as smooth as possible. From first meeting them, they was helpful really friendly and welcoming.
