first thought were great polite helpful to provide some videos before i could get down to see the truck i was going to go for, they were very hesitant to lower the price even when the truck had marks on that were not there originally, once i had agreed a price on the truck with they still got it wrong i paid £200 deposit to hold the truck they said they could take £500 off the truck for me, in total that's £700 the truck its self was £21,995 they didn't take off the £200 deposit from the price, to this day they still don't get back to me about that or other issues I've had with the truck they said they would sort out, once they have your money they push you to the side and don't want to know anything
I bought a Merc Vito in Sept 23. The process was kind of ok. I paid the money and a nice man drove it up for me. When it arrived I gave it a look over and it was quite clean. Odd cosmetic repairs had been done and it has had a blow over. However, I noticed that the spare was missing. The driver told me that vans now come with an inflator kit. Sure enough a brand new kit was provided. It is the newest van I've had and figured that's how it's done now. I know this is a thing with cars. When I did the change over from my existing van I noticed that there really should have been a spare but it had been stolen and the cable for it had been cut. I started to negotiate a bit of compo with Vansco but let it slide as I was able to take the spare and cable from my old van. I wish they'd told me about this. Next, they only provided one key. Bit of a pain but I since discovered that a replacement key from Mercedes will cost me £480. Again I wish they had mentioned this. Also, and this is a bit shady, they provided the eleven digit code so I could tax it but there was no green slip. They said the V5 would be in the post. As they are a dealership I believed them. Six weeks later it still hadn't arrived so I rang DVLA. They new nothing about it. I have had to apply for a replacement V5 costing me £26. And lastly, the heater blower only blows hot and not on the screen. I am going to have to put that in for a repair. No idea if the warranty will cover it. Probably not. End of the day I have a van but I am not confident there will be no more issues.

I recently purchased a 2019 Citroen van from this company. The day it arrived I wanted to send it straight back. The van had been poorly repaired/repainted on every panel of the van. Air con didn’t work, damaged windscreen, front end damaged. This work looked like it had been carried out by someone who was very inexperienced. It was also mechanical unsound, with a horrible wining noise, when driven. I personally took the van back, and was told I would receive my money back the same day. So I left in could faith believing the salesman. This did not happen. These cowboys are well trained in excuses and lying! No customer care! I had to chase them and chase them to get my money back!! Shocking company…..DO NOT BUY A VAN FROM THIS DISHONEST COMPANY!!!

Paid a deposit on the 3rd of May, van still not delivered on the 18th May. Constantly had to chase for updates only to be told empty promises. Never call back when they say they would.ended up contacting the finance company to cancel the deal due to such poor customer service. It’s now the 17th June and still not had my deposit back and are now ignoring my emails. I have now started small claims proceedings against them to recover my deposit. Just to give you an idea of how poorly they’re run, around 2 weeks ago they delivered a Ford pickup and parked it on my drive on South Wales. I’ve never ordered a pickup and it transpires the vehicle is for a customer on the other side of the country!! Unbelievable. I dealt with Stuart

Shoddy service and lies from start to finish. Service light reset without the service being carried out - confirmed that the old oil filters were in the van. A service being carried out was part of the deal. Vinyl removed by steam cleaner and not machine polished afterwards as agreed and paid for. Roof being damaged by the removal process with all panels dented on the roof. Instructions not followed on preparation of the van. Promised valet not carried out and interior of the van absolutely filthy. Lack of feedback / contact during the purchasing process with no ownership taken by vansco of the process. Despite several emails being sent, received and read (email tracking) no response by the salesman and no calls returned.

Please do not purchase a vehicle from this company. I took a loan of £15'000, on a 67 plate citroen, relay luton. The vehicle on the face of it, looked perfectly fine, how wrong was could i be.... Initially, there was issues with the heater, so was diagnosed, as needing a new head gasket, I spoke to staff at vansco, and they were completely, unresponsive, and said the vehicle was out of warranty. The vehicle was sat, on the driveway for several months during corona, and has recently gone to citroen for an in-depth diagnostic, the findings were truly disturbing. As well as needing a new head gasket, the vehicle had been previously involved in an accident, and all the wiring, was completely burnt out, as well as severe water damage, total cost to repair £4500.. I am now left with a vehicle, that has £13000 of finance left on it, along with a bill of £4500 to repair. Please avoid this company ..... absolute crooks

Bought a van back in August, within 2 weeks issues with the van. Called and explained the issue. Told to go and get it sorted and warranty will cover the works and they will pay. Great ... or so I thought. When going to get the works done I called vansco to let them know that I was getting works done that day and to expect a call from the company doing the works. Was told works would not be covered under the warranty and I would have to pay for works myself. Why sell a van not fit for purpose within 2 weeks or purchase. And then point blank refuse to honour the 3 month warranty which they give with the vehicle. Absolute joke of a place. Would not recommend this company what so ever.
Just bought a transit to convert to a camper. Van needed a lot of work but my budget was tight and Vansco got it ready for me just as they said they would and it looked amazing when finished. They gave it a new mot, service and did all the paintwork and I couldn't be happier. Now looking forward to converting it and going on holiday. I would recommend Vansco.
