I bought a Vauxhall Vivaro from Vansco in Jan 2013, it was on a 61 plate and had done 39000 miles. Six weeks later the slave cylinder went and now the cam chain has broke trashing the engine. I contacted vansco as it said they were different from the normal dealer saying they don't just take the money and run (as displayed on there website) but amazingly they said there was nothing they could do.

We are sorry that you are unhappy with what has happened. We offer six months comprehensive warranty, if the issue had arose in this time we would have had the vehicle repaired FOC. Unfortunately nearly three years use we would not be able to help. Sorry for the confusing.
