Really love my new transporter van . The build quality and engine are a definite upgrade coming from a ford transit connect . A couple of things I should mention is that there is a definite blind spot in the wing mirrors compared to my last van . If another car is to the side of you , just back from your side window , then you cannot see it without turning your head a little behind you . This is my experience and I just wanted to point this out to anyone who isn’t used to this for safety reasons. Also the sensors around the van a a little trigger happy if you even go near a leaf on a tree it bleeps like mad . Other than these small issues I’m pleased with my purchase and most likely stay with vw forever now . thanks
This is my 6th car from Jayne and Dave at VW Van Centre in Birmingham and as always it was 1st class service, history will repeat its self! As I am sure ill be back soon for another van to add to my fleet.

I cannot fault Darren in the slightest; he was extremely helpful from start to finish. Everything was done professionally, and at no time whatsoever did I feel under any pressure. I'm proper made up with my VW Vivaro; it is a smashing van and lives up to my expectations.

I was needing a new van to add to our fleet, and I came across Volkswagen Van Centre in Birmingham, which had a Caddy-LCV available. The guys there were very accommodating. As I live in Devon, the trip up would have been a long one, so the salesman gave me a call to talk me through everything and provided me with a detailed video of the van to make sure I was happy to proceed. Originally, buying a van over the phone made me slightly nervous, as it was not something I had done before, but the process was so easy, and the car was delivered and was in even better condition than I thought. I have always wanted California to take on long road trips, so I was looking online and came across the Volkswagen van centre in Birmingham. I met with Jay, and he was really knowledgeable, and unlike a lot of salesmen, he was never pushy or made me feel pressure to buy. Having started up my exciting new business being a tour guide in Scotland, I was in need of a vehicle to facilitate the tours. This is my second purchase from VW Van Centre in Birmingam, as I bought a Transporter about 4 years ago...and converted it into a camper van. Used a little custom for work but unfortunately that was stolen recently, which was a nightmare, which meant I was now urgently looking for a work van. I looked about through lots of second hand vans online, but nothing was jumping out at me. So I headed back over to VW Van Centre in Birmingham where Jayne who helped me with deciding on a new van instead. She was golden, she provided a 10/10 service. I am loving the new Transporter, its a great drive and perfect for me, no doubt in a couple of years I will convert this one into a camper too and ill be back to see Jayne again.

When the time came that I was on the look for a new work van, I started by having a look on Autotrader and came across a brand new VW Transporter at Volkswagen Van Centre in Birmingham, I am based in Devon so I opted for delivery, after a few conversations with Darren the salesman, who was outstanding by the way. The van was delivered on time and the couriers were great, really friendly and helpful. I am over the moon with the van, currently on the search for a Amarok, hopefully Darren can help me source one.

The service I received from VW Van Centre Birmingham when I bought my VW California from them earlier this year, has been great! From start to finish and even further I cannot fault them, Darren especially has been great! I have had my heating unit fitted today and looking forward to getting out there in it soon.
