I purchased a fantastic little Toyota Arius. A very reliable little car, runs well, drives well. I couldn't possibly want more from the Toyota, it is just the car foe me. I was over the moon from the customer service, that was hands down brilliant. Faultless service! The staff had such a wide range of knowledge and I did think so myself 'is there anything these guys done know about cars'. I guess its not a bad thing, keep up the hard work and you'll be running the show!

I am grateful for the smooth, stress free and very straight forward process I had down at Wanstead Carriages in London. The car is brilliant, it was just as described and I was very happy with the way the car was presented on my arrival. It was my first time using this dealership and I can say that I would very happily use Wanstead when a new car is in the pipe line!

The purchase of my Micra was handled extremely efficiently which is exactly what I needed! The customer service throughout the transaction was without fault. The gentlemen who I dealt with were more than pleasant. I have no complaints about the Micra, it is a great little motor.

Yes I'm very happy. The car is great, no faults at all and drives really well. Chiyago made me feel confident in buying from him and offered exceptional service. The only criticism I have is that it was only when I bought the car that I was told the extended warranty only covers up to £500, which is a low amount considering how much car repair bills could be IF I ever needed to use the warranty (hopefully I won't need to) So maybe in future be a bit clearer about the limitations to the warranty cover please.

All has been going really well with my Hyundai 😊 I would say I bought it a month or so ago and I am absolutely lovely it! It is a big change from my last car but in the right way, much more modern. Buying it from Wanstead was a breeze the whole process was straightforward and completely customer focused. The staff were all polite and friendly. No complaints from me.

There is nothing I can really think of that would have my my experience with Wanstead Carriages better. The sale was handled well and the customer service was really good. The chap who I dealt with was attentive and knowledgeable. I felt like I was really well informed about the car so I knew exactly what I was getting. All has been going really well with the Fiat 500, I am loving driving it.
