After having some initial issues with my rear camera and the radio, I got back into contact with Wanstead and they've been really helpful to get it sorted, to be fair to them. It's only a small garage, but everyone has been really friendly and upfront, so there was no confusion with the process.

Everyone was very kind and explained everything to me and was very transparent.

There's nothing specifically that I think could improve my experience to 5 stars, but there's always room for improvement. The salesman that looked after me was pretty helpful and sorted everything out. My Toyota has been great so far and I'm happy with it.

I've arrive at home, North Wales after a very pleasant drive in the Toyota Alphard - There was some heavy traffic, rain and also a wait for the Police to clear the motorway of an accident further ahead. But it was really comfortable inside. Thanks for making it all worthwhile👍

The Lexus I bought from Wanstead Carriages after finding them online has been brilliant, its a lovely car and such a smooth drive. The staff there are wonderful, really helpful. I cant see any reason why I couldn't give them five stars for the service.

When we found Wanstead Carriages online, we were impressed by the reviews they had online, looked like they had a good reputation and this gives a level of reassurance to you. The Toyota Estima we bought from them was mainly for my Mrs, I've had no complaints, so far so good! The staff I dealt with were really good, and would return to them based on my experience. The only thing I would feedback is that I give is it was a bit far from me, so if they could move a little closer, that would amazing 😂
