We have been getting on really well with the new Nissan Cube and would recommend Wanstead Carriages to others based on our experience

I did not go to the dealership, the entire buying process was done online, and we communicated through WhatsApp, where they answered all my questions. The vehicle was delivered and matched the description, other than one minor thing. I have only driven it once or twice, but so far everything seems fine.

Definitely 5 stars. The service from Wanstead Carriages was brilliant, and I absolutely love the Toyota Estima.

The staff were really professional. They answered any questions I had in detail and clearly showed that they were knowledgeable about what they were selling. I have been enjoying the Golf I purchased and have not had any issues so far. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

I did have to apply for a new logbook, and there were some issues with taxing the vehicle. Because of this, we were not able to drive the car for three weeks. It was understandable, and everything has now been sorted. I cannot remember the name of the person who was helping us, but he was very apologetic and even offered to cover my postage. We are currently having an issue with the brake discs, as the car shakes when it reaches certain speeds. I am planning to call the dealership to see what can be done to resolve this. Other than that, I am happy with the customer service at the dealership. They have been honest and fair from the beginning and have looked after us as best they can. At the moment, I would give a rating of 4 out of 5 stars, just due to the brake issue.

There was some misinformation on the V5 that needed sorting. Wanstead took this on, dealt with it, and I had everything back and sorted within a week. The way they handled it was great. They took full responsibility and made sure I was happy. As for the vehicle I purchased, I have not had any issues at all. I would definitely recommend them.

Customer service was great, everything has been perfect with my vehicle since I have had it, not any issues to report, I would give them a 5 star!!

Overall, it was good service with Wanstead Carriages. When I went to pick up the car, I gave it a check over and everything looked great. However, when I got home, I realised that the mirror where the sun visor is was actually cracked. The only reason I did not notice this earlier is because it is not something that usually comes to mind when checking a vehicle, so it did catch me off guard a bit. That said, everything else has been completely fine since having the vehicle, and I am happy with it as well as the service.

I had some issues with the car having a leak, but after speaking to Wanstead this has now been sorted, they paid for it to get fixed and made sure none of it was at my expense. Since this has been fixed everything has been fine and I am happy that they stuck to there word of sorting this for me.
