I bought from Wanstead at a distance, we only dealt with the staff there over video calls and emails. But from my experience with them they are good, the video call we had with them they showed us around the car and asked if we had any questions, polite and friendly throughout. I do have one little issue with the car on the windscreen there is a tint or film, initially we thought it was Sellotape but when we came to remove it realised it wasn't, which was a little odd and its starting to bubble slightly, that said mechanically the car is running fine tho.

So far so good with the Honda Odyssey. The customer service was really good. I'd recommend it to others based on my buying experience.

Overall I'm quite happy, This was my 1st time buying a car and it all seemed a bit to simple, but it really was that simple. I found it a good place with nice people. The only thing I can think of that could be improved is the finishing handover of the car, as when your looking for a new car you see so many different adverts and can get a little confusing, so if they were to do a run down of what the car comes with any extras like drive away insurance, tax etc that would have made it even better.

I'm really happy with my new Vellfire from Wanstead Carriages, I've used many car dealers and the quality of the vehicles are not always great and you get left disappointed with issues with the vehicles, but I've not found this at all with these guys, the cars are in A* condition, it's like they have handpicked everyone of them and looked after them very well. The sales process was smooth and problem free, the salesman communicated well and gave reassurance throughout. I'd confidently recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a car.

I found Wanstead online, think it was Autotrader. I saw a car there advertised, but when I got down there it was sold, so I kept an eye on there website and when another one came up I headed straight over to buy it. The salesman was really good, helpful and really informative about the car. I haven't driven the car much since having but it's all going well so far, there was a missing car matt, but the salesman has sorted this. I have been pleased and feel they deserve a 5 star rating.

We had 5 star treatment from word go. Nothing was too much trouble, they kept us informed about everything in a friendly manner and so professional. I traveled from Liverpool to collect our Toyota Alphard and it was exactly as described ,beyond our expectations. Looked at it on line with Auto trader did a VIN check arranged times to view and had constant contact through out the run up to our purchase. Looked, drove and felt so good. Came back home in luxury with a car full of extras at a price that was worth every penny. Would recommend the whole experience to anyone. Grey imports are the best cars to have for an affordable price. This is our third and they get better each time. Would give this company 20/10 couldn’t fault anything

I came across Wanstead Carriages when I was having a wee look on Auto Trader, so it was A right car/right time sort of thing. To be honest they were great and I've got no regrets. The one thing I will say is the place is a bit tricky to get in and out of, but that's my only minor complaint. Thiago was the name of the chap who helped me and he was pleasant enough. He wasn't pushy and helped to steer me in the right direction which was appreciated.
