The car we bought's an import, so I wanted to come online to show our appreciation to Matt and the guys at Wanstead Carriages for really going the extra mile with all of their help and advice - It really was invaluable and made all the difference to our buying experience. We came across the Honda Stream on auto trader and the chaps at the dealership provided excellent customer service from the moment we made our initial enquiry to date, after the sale, in helping us switch a headlight out. We felt well informed and everything was explained in great detail. We've not had the car long so won't be changing anytime soon, but we'll definitely be returning to Wanstead when the time's right.

The staff at this dealership deserve a special mention. It's my first time buying from Wanstead Carriages but it certainly won't be my last - The team were patient, understanding and answered all of my questions without any fuss. The VW Golf that I bought's covered just over 500 miles to date & is performing great. Worthy of more than 5 stars in my opinion.

They explained the different features of the vehicle and talked me through specialist bits and bobs such as which fuel to use etc. They explained the warranty product well and I can't fault them at all. Both me and my dad were equally impressed with how everything went while I was purchasing my Vauxhall Corsa. I can't remember the gentleman's name, but he was great. It was our first time visiting here but we would 100% come back for my next car but I do love my Corsa so it won't be any time soon.
