I knew what car I wanted to view. Was given the keys to have a good look around, no pressure, no one looking over my shoulder. No issue with taking the car for a test drive. Excellent communication and handover.

Went with my husband to purchase a ford ranger, he could not be happier, it is a great vehicle had no problems with it. When we arrived at wheelers from the very start it was top notch customer service, the staff were nothing but friendly and helpful, no complaints at all, such a great experience. 5 stars.

I am pleased with the service and customer care that was provided at Wheelers. The initial buying process was really easy. I had a few issues with the vehicle, and it was quick and simple to get in contact with the dealership. They did everything they could to get the issues sorted for me. It was really nice to see that they actually care about their customers even after the sale. A true five-star service. Everything with the car has been going great since, so thank you to the whole team.

Amber was efficient, just got everything done quickly and professionally there was never any dramas it was a really smooth process. The BMW I went for is great, I am really enjoying it.

I travelled for three to four hours to get to Wheelers after visiting multiple dealerships who told me the van I wanted didn’t exist and that I’d have to order it brand new. However, Wheelers had it, and I’m so pleased with the experience I had with them. When I saw the van, it was just as advertised and had been cleaned well. They were very busy, which meant I had to wait a bit, but there’s nothing to complain about. Everyone was helpful, and I would definitely consider purchasing from them again. I’ve already told people that if they’re looking for a vehicle, they should check what Wheelers have first.

Honestly, I am over the moon with Wheelers. I could not be happier. Going here is genuinely the best thing I have ever done. The service, right from the start, was spot-on. Tommy has been nothing but helpful — what a great asset to the team. The whole process went smoothly and quickly, with no pressure or sales tactics. This is exactly what I was looking for. I did have an issue with a warning light coming on, but they were more than willing to help, getting me booked in and resolving all the issues. This is what aftersales should be. If you ever go to Wheelers, you will be able to tell straight away that they truly care about their customers and the experience they provide. Honestly, there is nowhere else I will go for a van again. I have never been so impressed with a dealership. When speaking to other people, it turns out they also purchased from Wheelers and had the exact same opinion. They are a very trusted dealership to me, and I could not speak more highly or recommend them enough.

I am happy with the car, and the customer service was okay. However, just as some points of feedback, I feel that better communication was needed in my experience and would be helpful for future customers as well, to make it a more pleasant purchase. I had a service light come up on the car shortly after getting it, and when I called, I was told they never said they would carry out a service. I ended up having to get this done myself, but I just wish this had been made clearer at the time of purchase. I was also told that the vehicle would be cleaned, but it wasn’t. Again, if I had been told there wasn’t time and that I would need to do it myself, that would have been fine. It just wasn’t communicated to me. That’s the feedback I have. Other than that, I am pleased with the vehicle.
