overall great purchase, car had a couple of things wrong that I should have picked up on myself, miscommunication on turn around other then that fine. very nice people, helpful and straight forward

Never give full marks as I'm a big believer nothing's ever 100% perfect but I must say, Wheelers did a decent job.

Going with four stars because the hybrid battery was totally flat when I collected the van, but apart from that all’s good.

All seems to be going well at the minute! There’s a slight knocking noise at the back, but I’m not sure if it’s just the spare wheel! The Peugeot 3008’s a lovely car and I’m really pleased with it. It’s perfect for our growing family with 5 grandkids! The MINI convertible just wasn’t practical anymore and although I was sad to see it go, this is my first automatic and I’m absolutely loving driving it! Amber seemed to have a lot on her plate but she was really capable and when we turned up to collect the car she got through the paperwork pretty quickly. She also took my initial moaning about the vehicle preparation times on the chin! If they had what I was looking for in future I'd definitely return.

All’s going really well and I’ve had no problems at all (touch wood)! I was specifically looking for a VW Passat and although I’m about 2.5 hours away from Wheelers, I found them on AA’s list of recommended dealers which gave some added confidence. They definitely lived up to my expectations and deserve a pat on the back. Everything was delivered when promised and I’ve got no quibbles with Ryan’s service.

I can’t praise Tom enough. I was unfortunately involved in a head-on collision at 80mph and spent 13 months recovering in hospital. To say I’m lucky to be alive is an understatement! When I was finally in a position to buy myself a new car, I decided on a Suzuki Jimny from Wheelers in Chipping Norton. Tom was fantastic from start to finish. He bent over backwards for me and nothing was too much trouble. He knows his job inside out and even though I had a few issues with the payment at first, he traced it back to the card machine provider and got it all sorted. I’ve had the Jimny for about three weeks now and with only around 3,500 miles on the clock, it might as well be brand new. I’ve not driven a manual for a while but I’m getting used to it (slowly)!
