Great staff at White Cottage Car Centre, very knowledgeable and helpful.

total waste of time dealing with White Cottage Car Centre, 5 hour round trip £26 in fares wont help with getting spare wheel for the car i wanted to buy, wont budge on price and dont want CASH, some business that is.

Bought a Mercedes last year from White Cottage Car Centre. It had brake problems within a day, air conditioning stopped working within three days and it needed a new condenser. The boot mechanism stopped working. Even if they had offered to fix it was not on to sell a car with those faults particulary brake faults and should have been identified and put right before sale.

Great service, great car and a great price. Highly recommend White Cottage Car Centre.

Bought the car and within 60 miles car dropped its coolant and engine overheated. so had to pull over on the hard shoulder A1(M) eventually recovered by RAC. Eventually car was returned to WCCC at my expense even though fault was at time of sale. I did get some of the issues repaired locally but WCCC refused to refund those costs because i did not get their pre approval. Car returned and refunded car value (sale price) but I was still £570 out of pocket. Buyer beware!!!

I purchased a car in February from White cottage car centre. After putting the deposit down we asked for it to be looked over as their was a lag in acceleration. They said they checked it and it was fine. Had it barely 6 weeks and it broke down, they offered to repair it however I had to pay to have it towed to the garage in Elland. They took 2 weeks to do an engine clean which only hid the issues. Broke down again a few weeks later, took it to a specialist to be told I needed a new timing chain, and various other parts. After being messed around by the garage in Elland that White cottage use, we decided to pay the specialist to fix it as we had no trust in these guys. £1200 later and my car finally works. I would never trust this dealership again due to the garage they use for repairs in Elland.

Just been to white cottage car centre where they tried to sell me a car that wouldn't turnover to start, had no fuel, and service lights were on, all bad points were left out of both the photos and the description, i.e. Ripped interior and badly dented front wing, not impressed by the car or the level of service! I asked the guy what is the lowest price you would take, taking into consideration all the flaws I had just pointed out to him, his reply was " just leave it mate, it's not the car for you obviously" never even tried to offer me an alternative!!!

What a great experience, they made me feel welcome and nothing was to hard.
