do not use! we bought a vauxhall astra from them, it had a flat battery which they must have charged prior to us calling to say we were coming to look at it. we have had numerous other problems. they are lovely pre sale then after they have your money they do not want to know, so rude and unhelpful. Go elsewhere
I found this dealership whilst using car trader, the photos looked presentable, the details written stated it was a good condition car. I rang them up they said they would keep the car for me for a large price. I went to see it, the salesman was unpolite passed me the keys and told me "it was up there" had a look at the car it had dents and damage all over the body, it was filthy but was told it just had a valet; mould had started to corrode the rubber seals. the car wouldn't even start as the battery was flat. The interior was damaged and scratched. The windows were electric and wouldn't even go back up. Didn't even take it for a test drive as I dared to think what the engine was like. I Was very dissatisfied. Spoke to another salesman and was very rude and straight away said he wasn't going to drop the price. He was fighting with me saying they don't advertise cars right as then no one would buy them. And implied the valeters are rubbish by his comment "look at them". AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Really poor after sales, not even a moth after buying the car the engine management light came one... tuns out to be an issue with the engine over booting, Took it in and they have not managed to sort it... They changed the turbo which did nothing and its still having problems. I would not recommend this dealership at all.

Good experience with White Cottage Car Centre! The dealer didn't know an awful lot about the car but was nice enough. After I bought the car I took it to my local garage and he revealed that the car had never been serviced and that the filter was filthy but other than that it was fine. I am really happy with the car and will recommend the dealership.

We bought a freelander and 4 months later found out the engine management system is disconnected. They then refused to comment or help us. Poor service and I will never deals with them again. Basically just said not their problem

Im confused as to how the engine management system can be disconnected? ? Whats been running the car for 4 months????
I bought a Rav 4 from this dealer for £7800.00. As I drove the car on a test drive I heard a noise which I was informed of the garage is the noise of the tyres on the road as it is a 4x4. I took the car to my garage who looked at it and explained to me it is the rear diff and is costing me £1200.00 to repair. As the car is still under warranty I rang white cottage car sales to explain that I did not think the job was as big as it was and that I understood it was still under warranty and they could repair the car but as my car was now in a garage I trusted I asked would they pay a little towards the repair as a gesture of good will. The person on the phone was quite rude and abrupt and declined to help apart from to pay my garage for the work they had done and take the car back to them., however I have no confidence in white cottage and I am really not happy with the service.. The car is nothing but trouble and I would not recommend white cottage to anyone.

Rubbish. Why would you take your car to another garage instead of returning it as you said they asked you to.All smells fishy to me.
Bought a mini one from White Cottage Cars. Have had problem after problem with the car. Not very friendly after sale of car. Problem with head gasket and after spending £4K on a 57 plate , we can't wait to sell the car before any more problem
I bought My my kia sorento 3 months ago, and have had and still am having problems with it, white cottage have been brilliant, no quibble just sorted it out, I can certainly recommend them for your used car, and tomorrow for after sales service thanks guys
I have had my hyundai coupe now for 4 weeks from here and no problems no issues with car at all. really fast friendly service. They let me use there computer to do all my finance documents from an outside company and tax the car so I could drive straight away. For a 9 year old car I'm amazed at how well it is for the price I paid. I have drove brand new cars and they have been worse. I recommend you to my dad and I will recommend you to anyone else I know and I will be back when I want a chance. Thankyou.
White Cottage car centre were very organised and the sale was so quick. They did all the running around and sorted all the paperwork, all I had to do was sign and drive away.
