What a great experience, they made me feel welcome and nothing was to hard.

No hassle given keys for cars I liked and left to look. Very friendly staff. Test drive before buying. Given good deal on my car £500 more than rival. Car well valeted and runs and drives very well. Only down side was very low on fuel but I did get to garage. So far very pleased.

I’ve been ripped off with a car that was sold with heated seats, 12 months MOT (its up in July) no paperwork and the DVLA have taken it off the road. Reported to trading standards. no paperwork with car, no receipt! Will never trust a garage again after visiting this one, stay clear I wish I had. Tried to reason with him about the tax he wanted more money told me to go back to Huddersfield and his mate would tax it, warned by the DVLA not to pay him anymore money and the car could not and still can not be taxed. Lied and said the insurance company had destroyed the log book, 4 weeks later I’m still not the registered owner and the cars still off the road and will be for at least another 4 weeks!

Sales staff at the White Cottage Car Centre know nothing about the spec of the car or any history or common faults, just after a quick sale and if you're in your 30s or under don't bother an instant hard up attitude is brought forward, very insecure and unprofessional manor!!!

Bought a car for £1700 from the White Cottage Car Centre and noticed oil leak and was told there garage in Elland would sort it inconvenienced me twice having to bring it to them and turns out they did nothing spent another 1500 at my own garage and car is finally road worthy don't go near them..........
