Steer clear of this company. The worst customer service and sell cars that are not fit for purpose. Car broken down within a couple of weeks, took it to get a health check and was told this vehicle should not have passed an MOT with a long list of faults.

It's been very unhappy places to take a car from.very rude customer service team. Cars has been made only to be sale with only a minimum of repair just to start and running and after a very short time i have taken the car was start to to have problem with engine coming white smoke on exhaust pipe. I was with the car to a service garage which they said that they cannot repair the car because the guy's from williams motor company has been made some changes on the car computer system to not appearing if it's had some issues..even like that the service that i have been into said the engine valve seal need to pe replace,blow of valve not working and not even appearing on car sistem.i have been trying to discuss with them today when i was decided to return the car and trying to find another alternative option but they said that they cannot give another one and to just live the car keys and go.
Anyone who wants more information about how they been reported to the Product bee free to contact me .and for others that may goo and buy cars from,make sure to get an mechanic with yourself.
The car i am spoken about it's this (bmw series 116i petrol LL13YTR)make sure to not get this one ass it's gonna cost you a lot and plus your time and money

I recently purchased a brilliant looking car from here. I took it for a test drive with no fuel in. When I bought the car it was going to have an MOT and a service. I picked the car up still with no fuel in (quite literally 0 miles). Driving home the car was then breaking for itself because it has numerous serious issues with the ABS we went on to find. As well as this, the passenger seat pad had sensor issues. A third issue, the car was offered to me with 2 keys, we wouldn’t have bought it with anything less. Turns out the spare key wasn’t even the key for the vehicle and the business had the cheek to suggest to pay half of a new second key after selling the vehicle on the basis of two keys. I am still yet to hear from them with regards to the payment of a second key. The aftersales of this business is absolutely abysmal. Once you have purchased something from them they couldn’t care less about you.
