I'm enjoying the car - there was a couple of problems after wards but they've sorted them out. One thing they could improve is that they weren't immediately forthcoming with the service history, I had to ask for it. The staff were all pretty good, really friendly.

I haven't done many miles so far but the car is great and the service was good. I'd give them a 5, but a point of improvement would be to make sure the cars are ready to go on the day instead of having to wait over a week for MOT's and repairs.

We were just looking for Fiestas and we found Williams Motor Company on Autotrader so we decided to pop in. There was no faffing about with any pressure to buy - I've done a fair few miles in the car so far and I'm really enjoying it!

I had an issues with the battery so I took it back to them. They wanted me to use my own recovery service to to get the car back to them even though I'm local to them which wasn't great, but it has since been fixed. The customer service staff were ok - they gave me time to look around in my own time.

The car was ready when I asked it to be ready, the follow up from aftersales was good and whoever I spoke to was really helpful. They gave me good advice regarding which car to go for too. I think the signage could do with some work though - I was looking for them and I drove past them twice without realising they were there. It was a really good experience though.

I wasn’t waiting around. It was a quick and easy process. Dave who helped me was very nice. He answered all my questions and made sure I was happy with everything before the purchase. I really appreciated that they did an MOT for me in time for collection as I have a busy work schedule. It was great that they took care of that. They also taxed the vehicle and made sure my tyres were all pumped before I left. There was great communication throughout and no pushiness for the sale. It was a 5-star experience.
