They were very professional and looked after us very well. There is an intermittent fault with the hazard lights on the Fiat 500, the hazards light sometimes works and sometimes don’t. They responded really well when we raised the issue and the delays have been on my side.

We have had one issue with the service light coming on; it just needed a quick reset, which they told us how to do. The salesman was pretty good, he showed us around the and the whole process was great. I have already recommended Williams Motor Company to my friends who are looking at electric vehicles. We were looking around for a fully electric Jaguar and the one from Williams fit the bill.

All the work requested at the point of sale was done as agreed. Overall, the Williams Motor Company dealership was great. I think I dealt with Andy, who sorted the sales die of everything out without any problems. There could ahve been a bit more wiggle room on the price. The whole collection process was good as well.

To be fair, I had a positive experience with the person who test-drove the car and sorted it out for me, as there were a couple of issues and touch-ups that needed to be done. The car needed to be valeted again as it was not done well at all. However, the customer service from the guy I dealt with was great, and he rectified all the issues.
