The guys over at Williams Motor Company were fair and they knew what they were talking about. There was a bit of a rattle on the car but it ended up being a heat shield I sorted out myself. Something they could improve on is making sure the car is ready to be viewed and collected as there were a few delays. Other than that they were easy to deal with.

I'm getting along really well with the C4. I have had an issue with the passenger-side speaker not working properly, but it's been booked back in with Williams. They offered to contribute to the repairs at a garage or book the car in with them. Overall its been a good experience and I would recommend them.

This is the second car I’ve bought from Williams motor company and to be fair the first time wasn’t plain sailing through door activalors failing an lower suspension arms typical probles with the jaguar xf but to be fair they were prepared to fix the faults but I couldn’t get the car to them but this time I bought the jaguar xe there was a list of problems destroyed brake discs to name one and a broken spring which to be fair are a nightmare to get hold of after of nearly a three weeks of waiting for the car to be ready I picked the car up an noticed a slight rattling on cold start up so had car checked by a mechanic I trust an confirm that cam chain needed doing so went back to Williams give them the information and without any hesitation was told to bring the car back on a date which I did an to be fair they even had a car for me to use whilst mine was there being repaired so all in all brilliant service only downfall is trying to get through to them on the phone that could do with some serious determination of fixing on there side

Not had a jag before, the looks swung it for me. The dealership was alright, straightforward. Car wasn’t ready to drive away on the day as they have to get the car prepped which took 7- 10 days but it was worth the wait. I asked for a price reduction due to some paintwork repair but they did the work for me instead. I was happy with them, I'd probably go there again.
