I called in at Williams Motor Co and I spoke at length with one of their sales executives who was courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and very honest . Their dedication to quality workmanship, customer satisfaction and a friendly atmosphere made this a wonderful buying experience for me and one which I won't forget in a hurry. I have hardly used the Ford Focus which I picked up from Williams Motor Company yet but all is going well with it and up to now, touch wood it's being a brilliant car. The whole team here are awesome and the boss in particular who even went out of his way and gave me a car for a week complimentary to drive around in while they were getting everything prepared on my car which was a really nice thing of him to do for me. A 5/5 service, thanks 👍

Very helpful, friendly and professional staff that made the process of buying a car from them simple. I cannot fault the service they provided from the test drive to answering questions and sorting out the paperwork. The Seat I bought from them was in superb condition. Thoroughly recommended!

I was in the market for a new car when I found one via AutoTrader for sale with Williams Motors Company so I phoned them to arrange a time which suited us both to go and look at the car. I got to their dealership in Crewe and I was met by a polite young man who showed me round the car and let me take the car for a test drive with my father. The test drive went really well so I decided to go back and buy the car off them, the paperwork was ready for me to complete in no time and I was able to collect the car within no time from them and when I did it was presented to me in a lovely condition and it had been cleaned really well inside and it was nice and shiney on the outside. I'm really happy with my new BMW and the service from these guys it was top notch.

Absolutely fantastic service from the start! I bought a car from here in November. The salesman was extremely helpful and excellent at coming up with an agreement to both mine and his business needs. Absolutely no hidden fees and straight, honest and open communication right from the start. The Ford Fiesta I picked up from William Motors in Crewe is such a lovely, tidy, mechanically sound car, I would 100% do it all again.

What I love the most about my new Citroen C1 is how economical it is, its more eco than any previous car I have owned before and believe it or not, its pretty comfy to drive! I liked the approach the staff had at Williams, they were amazing. Really thoroughly with everything, all of my questions were answered in great detail not leaving any room for confusion. It was all round great. I can highly recommend.

The Tig is great, I've been to Scotland in it and it's compliant to ulez up there as expected. I bought some mats and parcel shelf with them not coming with the car so we are all good now.

I am currently working on the VW Transporter I purchased from Williams Motor Company, the plan is to turn it into a camper. So far I have ripped the seats out but I have many more plans for when I am deeper into the conversion. I am really happy with what I got. I was dealing with a very nice chap called Roy, he was very clear and transparent. Really can't fault these guys, im so happy.
