I was in the market for a second hand car, I liked the look of the Citroen C3 Williams had in stock. I am so pleased that I went down that day, I am so happy with it! Since I have been working away at sea since I bought it, I don't really have much detail to give with me not driving it. From what I know, the last time I drove it, it was excellent and I'm guessing it still is. The customer service at Williams was of my standards. 4 stars as no one is perfect.

My husband and I only live down the road and are returning customer of Williams Motor Company, the car has been really nice so far, we have a large family car so were in the market for just a little run around for getting to and from work. They had a little Vauxhall Adam which was in good condition, low millage for its age and having bought cars from Williams in the past, I trust the vehicles they have on offer. I am really happy with my new Hyundai Santa Fe, the car is lovely, feels very comfortable to drive and isn't to different to the Ford I had before so it's been really easy to get used to it. I took the car to Hyundai for a health check and there were a few bits which need looking at but nothing serious and nothing which is currently effecting the functionality. I am working closely with Williams Motor Company to sort the issues and I am very happy with how well they handled everything, start to finish.

I have been in the market for another used car, I have always had premium brands like Range Rover, BMW, Audi, I have had Ford Kuga in the past as well so I very open mind. I saw a Jaguar XF at Williams Motor Company which just seemed to fit the bill perfectly for me. The car has been perfect so far, no problems and nothing that concerns me, the customer service was spot on start to finish, all in all the experience has been excellent and i no doubt will be back to Williams when I am ready for a change.

Absolutely love my new Range Rover Sport.. I have had 4 or 5 Range Rover's in the past and the only one which I would say is slightly better was a 20 year old P38, the way it was set up, the after market features and the way it popped and banged being petrol set it apart from anything I have owned. This car from Williams motor company would still share the accolade of top spot in my opinion, the condition, the comfort and way it drives all feel premium and there are a few more bells and whistles compared to my other cars.. I a very happy with the service, the sales team with friendly and approachable, the after sales care has been spot on, I had an issue with the car which I was able to take to a local specialist to be fixed, the money was in my account just days after the repairs were finished so I am incredibly happy with the service, I can't praise the team enough.

All in all, things have been going really well with my new Nissan Qashqai, I have always had older cars but I work had and decided to treat myself to something a little newer. I did this in part to hopefully reduce the chances of breakdowns and issue which are common with the older cars I have had in the past. I have had a minor issue with the car, one of the springs has gone and I have been told it's £70 for a replacement, this is something I am going to fit myself, I am working with the after sales care team to get this resolved and hoping to have a little help towards the costs. With regards to the sales side, it was perfect, couldn't fault it. I loved the fact that when I turned up, I was told all the cars were unlocked and if they aren't to come find me, there was no pushy tactics and I didn't feel like I had someone over my shoulder every minute. I really appreciate this from a salesmen as I will actively walk away from a car that I want if I feel i am being pushed into it. The process and sales was amazing and it looks like the after sales care will match. Love the car too and I would highly recommend Williams Motor Company.

I have always had bigger cars but didn't have the need for one like I always have, I saw a really nice Vauxhall Corsa at Williams Motor Company and it is ample for what I need it for. The brake are a little squeaky however, the car is lovely to drive and I am certainly enjoying it. The team were lovely, really professional and they weren't pushy at all, I can't fault the company at all and I am overwhelmingly happy.
