Very satisfied. Very professional, very helpful employees, when I had to take my car for repair a week ago because the rear wheel was overheating, the repair was done quickly and efficiently, without any problems. I recommend this company to other people. My daughter also bought a car on my recommendation. Thank you for the nice and professional service.

Brilliant from the word go! I picked the lovely little Peugeot 3008 and after taking it out for a test drive, I was ready to sign the paperwork. It was all very quick and easy, everything was perfect and the only issue I had was that it was bone dry of diesel and ad-blue, so much so that I only just made it to the petrol station. Other than that, I can't pick fault and I have even recommended my daughter.

I use my car every day, so having a reliable car was a must. Ever since I purchased my Skoda Fabia back in September, I have had no issues to report yet as it runs perfectly. Before I picked up the car, there were a few bits and bobs that I requested to be amended before I picked it up and these issues were fixed. No complaints from me.

It's nice to go to a garage and not feel pressured into buying a car. Rob was on hand to answer any questions I had about the cars I was interested in, even though he was busy he still managed to make time for me. Once I brought the car home I heard a knocking noise so I called Rich who handles aftercare enquiries and explained the noise, Rich then advised me to take it to my local garage (as I live really far away from Williams Motor company) and any repairs that were needed on the car, they would cover the cost, luckily my mechanic give it the all clear and there was nothing to worry about. The outside of the car was spotless, but the inside could have had a little more attention to detail.

After being in the market for a car, I found one I liked on auto-trader. It was my first time going to a garage and buying a car, I was very nervous as I didn't want to be pushed into buying something I wasn't 100% on. I was approached by Rob when I first arrived and showed him what car I wanted. From start to finish Rob was amazing and looked after me throughout the whole process, with the test drive, the paperwork, and the part exchange but most importantly there was 0 pressure!!! I drove away happy; I would defiantly buy from here again. Big thank you to Rob.

After scrolling the internet for hours, I managed to find 3 dealers that stocked the specific car that I wanted. After comparing all 3 cars, Williams Motor Company was the cheapest, had the lowest milage and was in the best condition. The car was immaculate, and I was very impressed with the car and the service. On the day of collection, I did have to wait 40 minutes before I got the keys as it was busy but it couldn't be helped.

I was in the market for a comfortable daily run around car, this was key for me as I do a lot of motor way miles. The staff let me test drive a couple of cars, which was really important to me as I could get a real feel for the cars. After driving in a couple of cars, I went for the Vauxhall Astra as it was very comfortable and economical. I've put a lot of miles on the car since I drove it away from the showroom and I have had no issues whatsoever it’s a lovely little motor.

I walked into the dealer knowing exactly what I wanted, so once I test drove the car, the team was very quick with the paperwork. After agreeing to fix some minor details on the car, on collection day the car was well presented and all the little details had been fixed, the car was slightly damp (like it had just been valeted before picking it up) but other than that it drives well, and I've had no other issues with it.
