Was sold a car that was accident damage.the car was returned to dealer to carry out some work. When the car was returned they said they had fixed all the problems turns out they ain’t done nothing to the car as my car has the same problems that it did. Really disappointed with this DEALER as it’s had a big impact on my Mrs life she now has sleepless night all she dose is think about what has happened and how she has been treated by these guys. The worst is I have had to also take my child out of play school due to this. I trusted this company thought it was a family run business with over 25 year experience just goes to show they are only after your money All I was after was a nice decent car they couldn't deliver there promise in selling approved vehicles I'D STAY WELL CLEAR FROM THIS TRADER

Bought my 8th car from wright car centre and it’s always a pleasure

Part exd car...kept chasing for wright cars to pay off previous loan. Car broke down after approx 4 weeks. Was then in for repair under warranty for 4 weeks. I was given a courtesy car, pile of rubbish. Car broke down again 3 days after it was returned ... was advised car would be returned to my home address today...still waiting...had to take another day off work unpaid... Asked for owner Rob to contact me urgently, still waiting for call...never again...cant even change the car as finance settlement is now more than I paid...fuming!!!! Steer clear!!!!

Bought an insignia off Wright Car Centre, paid 13500 p ex my old car which had finance owing on it over a month later they still haven't paid my old finance off and I’m now paying 2 lots of finance they keep saying the cheque got lost or sent to wrong department but they’ve sold my old car with finance still owing on it they just lie to you over the phone the boss is never available please please don’t buy a vehicle off this dealer and they haven't even sent the old log book off to the dvla

I bought my first car from Wright car centre so was a little bit new to the buying process completely took advantage of that. Sold me a Ford Fiesta which is what I wanted, with the online description saying remote locking. Then after buying the car to find out there was no remote key. They did send out a locksmith, BUT then to find out the car spec doesn't even support remote locking. This was in January we are now in March and I still have no remote locking. This has broken trading standards so currently in the process of reporting it.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!! Bought a car not had the car 3 months yet. Was due to take it to them in the garage for a few little things also mentioned that it struggles starting, they'll take a look while its there they said. The day I was suppose to take it to them it wouldn't start, phoned them explained what had happened basically I had to get it to them, they were not prepared to help me. Find a garage closer they said, basically to fix their crap they have sold me. I have now after a day of ringing round missing a days work and my little boy missing a day from school found a garage who have been out to the car at my house got the car started and took it to their garage for me.
