We arranged to view a Nissan Qashqai over the phone and gave a £100 holding deposit subject to us having a drive on the following saturday. When we arrived Lee (the salesman we had been dealing with, greeted us at the door offering us a coffee as we had travelled some distance. once we had used the bathroom and sorted the kids out we where taken to the car and it was lovely just like we had been promised, we test drove it quickly and returned back. We where surprised to hear that they had MOT'd and Serviced the car the day before so we could drive away on the same day saving having to come back again.. Overall I was really happy with the experience and would recommend this garage.

DO NOT BUY from here Terrible customer service,do not stick to there written agreements treat customers like rubbish!! Save yourself the stories that comes out of there mouths they think customers are stupid and there services are a joke take the mick out of people. Awful customer service at Wright Car Centre.

We test drive a vehicle from this company and all seemed fine We placed a refundable deposit on the vehicle two days later. After doing numerous vehicle checks we discovered the vehicle was not moted and should not have been driven on the road. We then contacted the seller and informed them we do not wish to proceed with the sale. The seller then claimed we had not test driven the vehicle and stated that the deposit was non refundable. Stay well clear of this seller if you value your family's safety and your money. We are currently seeking legal and trading standards advice.

We have bought 4 cars from the Wright car centre and we have always found them friendly and if we have had any problems they have always looked after us and that's the biggest thing to us when buying a car.
