I will never ever ever deal with Wright Car Centre ever again. I bought a car here about 4 months ago for 11000 pounds cash and all I've had since is problems and every time I ring to try and sort it out all a get is what do you want me to do about it very por service and am still waiting for the spare key

Bought a dodgy Lexus off Wright Car Centre a couple of years ago, lost thousands, wouldn’t touch this circus with a barge pole. Beware.
Bought a car 7th August 2018 from Wright Car Centre. They sold my part ex car 2 days after not clearing my finance on old car still which is illegal so was paying for two cars. Wasnt cleared until end of September. Still waiting for service book they now have to order a new one as they can’t seem to find it so I have no service history . Now I’m finding out loads of people have been conned by them. Currently taken further action. Will be going trading standards also and the echo. Poor service these men.
Bought a bmw 520d from Neil, he was professional and the car was lovely. Don’t leave reviews normally unless unhappy but I thought it was worth a mention as it stuck out as good service. Thanks Neil and team.
As tiltles says do not buy cars from the Wright Car Centre. Ive had 3 cars from here and all had problems. 3 bmws at a cost of over 30+ grand. What they dont know is every time they done work on car its gone straight to bmw garages 2 cars had sump bolt loose. Car failed mot check at bmw carldy. Took straight to the wrong car centre and guess what they passed it..

I had the same problem and got ripped off. They kept telling me lies about fixing the problem only to then discover they had gone bankrupt and shut down. They have now reopened with a different name but all the staff still work there! There all scum bags!
Do not buy a car from the Wright Car Centre. Gave me a faulty car and then blamed me.

We don’t know which car you are referring to and why you feel we have blamed you. The only car we know of is a lady that put petrol into a diesel and if that is yourself we have still repaired the car free for you as a goodwill gesture. Kind regards.

We had no dealings with you as a dealer, you rang us up saying it was your old car and it had been repossessed from you and you where angry we had bought if from the finance company. The finance company gave us the miles and it was correct. We are not the reason your car was taken from you as that falls to you not paying the finance company so we don’t deserve a fake review. Kind regards.
Great deal on a BMW, immaculate car and service from Ray at Wright Car Centre. Returned to the garage for minor repairs where the excellent service continued.
