I have never had a better buying experience. Laid back, trustworthy and straight to the point. I travelled 100 miles to collect the vehicle after receiving a video and it was true to my expectations. Very well presented for a vehicle that had been on the road 3 years and 40,000 miles. After care has been unrivalled, you never feel like you’re fighting to get what’s fair or right, it’s offered before you even ask. Brilliant company and moving forward they will be my default for purchases.

After travelling down from the south coast I was welcomed by the team who showed me 2 or 3 relevant vehicles for what I wanted. Within 30 minutes I was out on a test drive and had chosen what I wanted. The team then walked me through a variety of payments options and even upgraded my alloys from 19s to brand new 20s. I arrived a week later to pick up my 4 series cabriolet and it was ready to go. This is truly a family business from the sales team right through to purchase and after sales. I would highly recommend YNC. Thank you guys

I recently made an enquiry into buying a car (Wed 21st April ‘21). We discussed price, then I asked how could I reserve the car (as the journey was 120 miles). I was advised by Sales Person to pay the deposit at 10am the following day (despite the fact I had the money ready right there and then). I took the offered appointment to place the deposit and do the paperwork etc. So far so good. I called ahead of my 10am appointment (at 9:25am) to be told they had just taken a deposit on the car... So by this point, I had paid for arranged travel, car insurance and breakdown (all of this was known by Sales as we had discussed it the previous day), I even had an appointment to pay the deposit (a time suggested at their convenience), only to be told it’s sold. I explained this was ridiculous. A long story short, I was then blamed by the Sales Person, apparently it was my fault???!!!! Eventually he agreed he would cancel the other customers deposit, but only if I offered more money for the car!?! Wow. So at this point I of could of effectively kicked the customer out of the car he now thought he was buying, and have the shoe on the other foot (this is appalling service.. right?). This business isn’t about service, or honesty, it was about who would pay more for a vehicle. To be clear.. Your Next Car aren’t an auction site.. Zero honesty. Zero integrity. The only blessing is that at least this happened before buying the car, imagine having to deal with this problem after the purchase. There are better, cheaper cars out there, run by people who do actually care about the service they give. Avoid Your Next Car. I did.

I've had my bmw for 6 months and the alloy wheels are a very poor quality. I didn't expect the wheels to go the way they have. The weather as got to the wheels therefore need to be looked at. I've got to get them stripped, re-sprayed then powdered coated to give them proper protection. I feel very disappointed. Peter campey.

This dealer buys cheap BMW's under book value, puts cheap wheels & plastic body kits on and chargers 5k over book value for them. Complete con artists! Avoid!
