Came across Concept Car Credit on the internet while googling. Omar was just so wonderful and made it so easy, and nothing was too much trouble. He sent me lots of cars over, and when the first one wasn’t suitable for them to sell, he went on to find me something else. He wasn’t pushy at all and was very much that it was all down to me which car I picked. He was so helpful and lovely. The Polo was exactly as described, and I’d definitely give the whole experience five stars because from the initial phone call to the call saying the car was on its way to me, the service was absolutely fabulous. I could not fault it. The only bit that really let it down was the man who delivered the car his communication wasn’t great, but that would be unfair to mark down overall because Omar was fabulous.

It was a brilliant buying experience with a concept car credit, everything went so smoothly. I've always wanted a Mercedes, so now I've got the A-Class. I'm really enjoying it.

Rang Gaz at the dealership. He asked me what sort of car I was looking for and sent me a few different options on WhatsApp. The whole process was quick, smooth and easy. I've bought my last 3 cars from there and never had any problems, it's always been fantastic.

This is the 2nd time I have bought from Concept Car Credit. The first time I had no issues, and it was a good experience. I received a marketing email to change cars, so I spoke to them and said I wanted to go up to £300 a month, which was agreed to, although when everything was processed, it came out at more than that, and I've since had an issue with the car that I am currently in the process of getting booked in. The dealership has advised me to get the diagnostic done and then get in contact with them. It was difficult to get through to after sales. I do like the car and was ready for an upgrade. If it was based on my previous experience, I would have been a five, but this time it would have to be a three star.

I didn’t actually go to the dealership, as I found the car online and dealt with everything through WhatsApp. There was constant communication, which was great, and if I had any questions, they were answered straight away. They also sent pictures and videos beforehand, so I knew what to expect. When the car was delivered, it was exactly as described. We needed a spacious car, as we have a child, and it is doing exactly what we need it to do.

Omar at Concept was fantastic. I came across Concept online looking for a car. The Nissan Juke has been really good, I needed a reliable car, which is why I went for the Nissan. It is comfortable and is good on juice.

Our new Peugeot 308 that we bought back in March has been absolutely fine. The car is mainly for my partner, as she’s the one who drives it, and there haven’t been any issues. I’ve already got another car with them as well, so I now have two cars through them, and I’m always happy with how things are handled. It was spot on.

Recently purchased a Dacia, and it has been good, and so was the experience buying the car.

The whole process was handled remotely as I didn’t visit the dealership, but it all worked really well over text and calls. I mainly dealt with Kieran, who was well mannered, very quick, and helped me out throughout.
