Clean smooth beautiful no noises

On the day of the purchase, it was all quick and easy. I went for a test drive and decided to go with the Ford Mondeo. Since the purchase, I did have an issue with what was the fuel pump. I contacted Concept, and they got it booked into their garage and got the issues resolved and covered the cost, which was good.

No problems with the car since the purchase. Fantastic customer service they went out of their way to help, and I can't fault them at all.

I needed to get back on the road and get a car so I was able to transport family around, and the car is doing its job. I'm enjoying it so far. My experience whilst at the dealership was straightforward, and the salesman answered all of my questions, so I'd say it is a 5 out of 5.

Enjoyed the BMW 2 Series and was happy with the service on the day.

My new Ford Fiesta has been all good, Kieran, who managed it, had very good communication, kept me informed and answered all my questions throughout. I'd recommend it to others.

I’ve had the car delivered from Manchester to Colchester while purchasing the car online. The whole process was good and straightforward, it was a lot quicker than I expected it to be and everything went through pretty quickly. The car had a full MOT and full valet before being delivered. I’ve previously financed cars and it was quite difficult. however with Concept the finance was easy enough as well, which was surprising as being retired makes getting credit for a car a bit hard.

My experience with Concept Car Credit was alright, it was Kieran and another guy that was dealing with me and they were good.
