WOW, ok so. the manageress was just a star. She had everything sorted before I even got there. I told her I needed an automatic and explained everything and she basically got the the car most suitable for me! When I arrived I was welcomed and greeted very nicely - even offered a drink. I felt like I worked there. The gent I was dealing with me was just incredible, he was so patient. It was pouring it down and I was in and out looking at the cars and the Merc, even the chap working on the cars on the forecourt acknowledged me. Everyone was so nice, its nice to be nice! Everyone was approachable and very easy to talk to, the process was ever so relaxed and they went into so much detail when explaining everything. I am over all so so happy, thank you Concept and keep doing what you doing!
