Very very good I am CHUFFED. I had a small issue with the Mokka I had just recently purchase and they got it sorted within a DAY! I called up let them know and instantly, they got me into the garage that was right round the corner from my house. Everything just sort of fell in the place. I am so chuffed with how I was delt with. I spoke to Dan who was brilliant and I had Kerion dealing with me who was super helpful. Id rate 6/5! couldn't be happier!

I came to Concept Car Credit to purchase my Renault Clio. It was very well presented and had been cleaned to a T! It was spot on. Its running brilliantly and I love driving it! It's a very reliable little car and I am so glad I want ahead with the sale!

The Audi A1 I purchased was lovely, clean and very tidy when I picked it up. The customer service was literally fine and I enjoyed getting the car. Id sit them on a 5 star and deffo recommend to my friends and family.

I have always used Concept I've had like 4 cars of them now and they have always been sound. I can't tell you how easy it is and how smooth n straight forward the process is. They always find you a way to make sure you get that car and that is what is so good about them. It dead quick as well. I got a Merc A Class this time round and my Mrs drives it more than me shes always like 'right give me the keys I'm going out in car' and just leave me at home so I'm guessing she love it ahhaa. Id always recommend these guys.

I am over all very happy, I can not fault the gent that was dealing with me, he was just fantastic. The C4 Grand Picasso is driving beautifully and I can for sure say I would pass on my recommendations and use again!

Jamie was a start, really helped out from the get go to the very end. As soon as I let Jamie know that there was a few issues he got me booked in straight away with no quibble, it was so quick and literally in the matter of a few days and then I had my car back. It couldn't of got sorted any better if you ask me. Id use again without hesitation in the future and I would always pass my recommendations on!

I am VERY happy and they made everything VERY easy for me, better than I ever thought. The car was better than described and I got to test drive it and it was all fine and its still fine now.
