I don’t normally post reviews but I thought, given the exceptional service I got while buying my car I would make an exception. Thank you to everyone at Prestige Cars for my lovely car and your excellent service throughout buying process. I bought my Mercedes GLC from Prestige Cars Kent in Jan 2023. The entire experience was very smooth and professional and we will definitely be buying our next car with them in the future. I had looked at purchasing my new car with a main dealer the weekend before and my experience was very bad. They were only interested in selling a brand new car and the service was poor once they discovered I was looking at a 2-3 year old car. On the recommendation of a friend I decided I would call to Prestige Cars and they were terrific. The sales executive ( Joshua Morriss) was exceptional and took a lot of time with us during the sale but also on hand over the following weekend. Nothing was too much trouble. The woman sorting out the paperwork and payments Louisa Ebdon was also very good and helpful. I would strongly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a quality used car from a top end manufacturer. From my recent experience I would recommend Prestige Cars over a main dealer as they have a good selection of cars from different manufacturers, provide excellent customer services and good value for money. They can even offer extended warrantees and service plans for your car. A big thank you to Joshua and Louisa you were both terrific.

From the guys in the dealership, to the guy delivering my car, they were all a pleasure to deal with. The car is fantastic, even better than I imagined it would be. Oshane was the guy I bought the car from, and he was fantastic, really helpful, really informative and really courteous throughout. I am happy with every little aspect of the sale, and would recommend anyone to visit.
