I love my Ford Galaxy from Cartime, it's done quite a few miles now compared to what it had done. We are touring Scotland in it now and its amazing! Mohammed the salesman there was so lovely, everything went smoothly from first meeting him - we got on like a house on fire! The Hyundai is great and I love it. Looking back on the experience it was quite straightforward and would give it a four and half from me.

No problems with my car since buying! There was a mix up when I went to go and pick the car up but they sorted this out quickly for me. Overall quite happy and would rate four stars.

The Hyundai we bought wasn't actually the car we went to look at but it all turned out ok and since having the car its been great and my partner likes it which is the main thing. The customer service they provided me was good and I'd be happy to recommend as my experience was a good one.

No issues with my car from these guys at all. the process was easy spoke to them on the phone and everything was done fairly quickly. I would buy from Cartime again!

So far everything's been good with my Nissan Leaf. The sales team at Cartime Burnley were also all okay, it's just that I'm still waiting for a replacement part to be sent on to me so I'll chase that up now actually. Still happily rating 5/5

My new car's running well so far. I did have to take it back once as there were a couple of issues I wanted checked, but when it was diagnosed nothing came up. The staff at the dealership were good and I’m happy with how they dealt with me during/after the sale.

I’d have no reason not to go back to Cartime Burnley in the future as everything was really straightforward. I saw the car I wanted, walked in, got the deal done, paid in cash and was on my way. There wasn’t any negotiating or back-and-forth so I’m leaving a four star rating of my experience. I think it’s always hard to call something amazing when there wasn’t a huge amount of interaction.

James & the sales manager (sorry I cant remember his name) was great to deal with very friendly and didn't use any pushy sales tactics. My Fiat 500 has been doing great, considering I chose not to take the extended warranty out. Its not a 5 star experience for me, just because I felt they were trying to direct me towards a MG, but I knew I wanted the Fiat. Having said that, it was a really nice experience with them.

Service at Cartime Burnley was fine overall and my new MG is doing well since bringing home. I have been back to the dealership a few times since buying and they have been very great answering all questions I had. for the right car I would buy from them again. A good experience as a whole.
