My experience with Ponko in Cambridge was nothing short of amazing. Fred the sales advisor was one of the best salesman I have ever dealt with, he knew how to talk to customers and be on the same level as them, he was someone you could have great banter with and he did not try to push you into the sale. My VW Golf is a great little car and it is lovely to drive, I am thrilled to bits with it.

I was attracted by their wide range of used cars, and their excellent customer reviews. I spotted the car that I wanted, a VW Golf so I contacted them to arrange the purchase. Since I live a fair distance away from Ponko, I decided to use their delivery service, which was very convenient and reasonable. They delivered the car to my house and it was exactly as advertised on their website, the car was in superb condition, clean, and ready to drive. The delivery driver was courteous and professional and he explained everything I needed to know about the car and the paperwork. I had a Ford Fiesta for around 20 years before I bought my Fiat 500 from here, I absolutely love my new car, I have not driven it much at the moment with all the cold weather we have been having because I have not wanted to leave my house much but so far, so good. The sales executive was very good, he did not pressure me or mess me around, the whole team here were absolutely lovely and I would not hesitate to recommend these to others.
