The only thing that let Kevin down was the fact he is a Man United fan, apart from that he was absolutely brilliant, couldn't fault him🤣 I wasn't actually meant to view the Focus ST, I was there for another car but saw this one and the rest is history. He was a great bloke, really easy going and good to speak with. I would definitely recommend.

Absolutely perfect, couldn't be happier with the Discovery. Drives a dream and looks the part too. Longin was the sales guy and he was faultless, did absolutely everything he could for me, all I really had to do was sign the dotted line. I'd be more than happy to recommend Phantom.

No bother at all. the GTI has been perfect, really happy with it. Did have a little issue but Kevin sent the part out so I am over the moon with it. I would definitely buy from Phantom again, absolutely brilliant.

I noticed a crack in the window screen as soon as I got home from Phantom, but due to how well they handled the issue I am happy to give them 5 stars. I got the issue sorted and they reimbursed me within an hour of me sending the invoice, I was super impressed. Brian and the team have been incredible to deal with, I would happily recommend.

Brian sorted the sale for me and he was brilliant, such a nice guy to deal with. He did absolutely everything for us, the car was ready when we were expecting and the paperwork didn't take long at all to sort. The Jag was exactly what we were after and looked absolutely pristine, really happy overall.

Chelsea was good tbf, can't fault her. She did everything she needed too and got the sale through quickly. The A7 has been really good up to now, I had a little issue with the alloy but that was minor, apart from that its been perfect.

Adam was great to deal with, I couldn't fault him one bit. He got everything sorted quickly with no hassle or fuss. The Porsche itself is brilliant, I absolutely love it, both inside and out is gorgeous. Definitely 5 stars!

Kevin is absolutely amazing! I mean the best of the best! You should give him a pay rise. I work in retail industry and his just outstanding, I have never met somebody more amazing!
