The service I received at Ponko was absolutely 5 star. I think it was Kai (but could be wrong!) who sold me the car and he was great. As a first time car buyer I felt in very safe hands. He was patient, knowledgeable and just came across as a really honest and trustworthy bloke. I love my new and first ever car- it's perfect. The whole experience was outstanding.

A few months ago I got in my head that I wanted a new car, I used to have a Suzuki Swift, which is what pushed me to get another. I live around 2 hours from Ponko, but they had the car I wanted and I'm happy to say the staff and the car was worth the journey, they were very helpful. I would go back again, but they are a little to far away from me to promise that it would have to be the right car.

Very good experience buying from Ponko, we found the staff amazing. They couldn't of done more, really bent over backwards for us throughout the whole process. I would say its around 4-5 star service as no-one is perfect, so its a very happy 4.5* from us.

4.5. Everything was good. Service, friendliness, professionalism, quality of the car. It wasn't until a couple of weeks late I noticed the interior lights in front and rear passengers don't work when doors opened. The boot didn't but it had been turned off. Can't get cabin lights to come on. Too busy to do anything at the moment. Need to get this resolved. This is the only reason you don't get a 5.

We chose a Ford Focus and reserved it online before going for a test drive, We were given all the information we needed to decide between finance or cash purchase. The staff were polite and helpful. Our questions during the first few days of getting used to the car were answered . I would recommend Ponko to friends without hesitation.

I’m pleased that the staff at Ponko made the buying process incredibly easy, and so far my Honda Civic's been great. Even though I’ve had to replace a light and a tyre, this hasn't affected my overall opinion.

When buying my Nissan Juke from this garage, it was quite good. The staff were really friendly and nice, communication could have been better throughout as found my updates from them quite slow. There is definitely room for some improvements but overall I'm happy.

The Ponko team were great during the sale, there was a little bit of waiting when the finance was getting sorted, but this was out of Ponko's control, overall a pleasant experience. I do feel there needs to be a little bit of work done on the aftercare side of things which is what has brought my score down slightly. But if this was worked on I do feel over all it could be a really good buying experience.

It wasn't good service it was fantastic service! I can't fault Ponko at all, the KA I bought for my son who is still learning is a great. I have been driving it around and not one issue has arose. I would say they gave a 10/10 service!
