My Mini has been absolutely fantastic, I am loving the car so much! It is really good on fuel and feels great to drive too! I can't quite remember my sales guys name, however, he was fantastic, such a nice guy to buy from. He explained everything really clearly and showed me all of the functions on the car. The only bit that could've been the cherry on top was taking the car away the same day for me, but I understand they wanted to get it tip top for me! Buying a second hand car is just the luck of the draw, sometimes you get a perfectly fine car, and sometimes you will encounter a car with issues. On this occasion I did encounter an issue, however, it wasn't the be all and end all, as Reed Autos were fantastic in getting it all fixed for me. The process of how they handle things, and the service provided is top notch. They gave me a courtesy car for the week and a half they were fixing the Mokka, so I am so impressed with them.
