We had a few issues at the start, nothing major just a few tiny things. The office sorted everything out in a timely matter. I wasn't fussed about the issues because everything the sales advisor said was truthful. The Kia I have now is a lot nicer than any car I have had before. The staff were understanding and honest from the get go. A pleasant experience, its great when the after care is as good as the sales service.

Superb experience down at Reed Autos. Honestly, an excellent experience with these guys buying the BMW, the car is so so nice. I love it its just what I wanted and I was very happy with the price I got it for not only that but I got a cracking deal on on my part ex. What I like about the dealership is that you can go, take a look, see what you like and if you like it you buy it with non of that salesman 💩! Non of this online buying like its a £10 amazon delivery, this is a car we are talking about! On the day I went down all the cars was frosted over, but not one.... the car I was viewing. It was all ready for me waiting for me to give it a good run on the test drive. There was no way I wasn't buying it, the test drive showed me everything I needed to know! A 5 star experience that I couldn't he happier with!

We saw the car on AutoTrader when looking for a car for my daughter, I phoned up and said there was a car I wanted to take a look at, I was invited down and we was made to feel very welcomed on arrival. The car was perfectly clean, detailed to a very high level in fact! Very well presented and you could see it had been in the workshop, I could tell the prep had been done, I could see the break pads looking fresh and thick. I was also dealing with Asif and James on the day and both of them were hands down the nicest of chaps, especially for salesmen 😂. The Renault is a brilliant little cruiser, does the job well!
