The most responsive and genuine dealership I have ever been to. The level of communication was always top tier. If I called and they missed it I would have a call back straight away and 9 times out of 10 they were on the ball with answering my calls. They helped me out a lot through the process and went above and beyond. I highly recommend if you're looking for a reliable honest dealership.

The best service I have ever had when buying any car! The staff were absolutely impeccable and the cars they sell... WOW. Such a good selection to choose from, there is something for everybody. My experience and the service I received was great! I was greeted at the door by Ross, he showed me around and made me feel very welcome. I was then dealing with Asif, he was carrying the sale. I came to view one car but I ended up buying a different one. I was given every last bit of information that I needed to make a decision and they didn't mind pulling out the other car and they was happy to show me around. I turned up an hour before closing time and the staff stayed way over openings times for me, not once did I feel rushed, pushed or hurried at all, I received the same service I would if I turned up at 9am! I would recommend to anyone because the prices are competitive, they sell amazing vehicles that are very good and all vehicles are very well checked and that you can tell a mile off. I'll be coming back here, in fact, Reed Autos is the only place I'll buy from in the future. Thank you!

I would say that Reed Autos is a very customer focused business. From the initial communication with them they were professional and when I was at the dealership in person I felt very welcome. I bought a Golf and on the whole the car has been great, there were a few teething problems but they got these put right for me no questions asked. I don't think you could say fairer than that! I think it is good to know you are in safe hands in case anything does arise.

My Qashqai is such a nice car, I am made up with it! All has been going well since the purchase it is a sound motor. Buying the car from Reed went perfectly, the process was hassle free and efficient. I anticipate that I will be returning to Reed Autos when we are ready for our next car.

Asif sold our 3 Series to us and quite frankly he was amazing! He always has the best sparkle! It truly was a pleasure to dealt with him and he gave us a lovely surprise when we came to collect the car it was ready for us in a big red bow! This made it feel that much more special. The car has been doing very well we love it!
