only done a few trips out due to lockdown but its running well, Victor personally looked after us. He even opened up on a Sunday for us I found that just brilliant service. All documents went through fine they helped us with all the paperwork, it was a very smooth and easy process. Email exchange was very pleasant before we went down as well. I have recommended already to friends as I am really impressed. All paperwork got posted to us as promised really happy with everything.

I am absolutely loving my new car. Just brilliant service received by Reece! fair play to him, I cant fault him in the slightest. It was the first time we have come across Essex Prestige but it certainly wont be the last. Really happy with everything cant give any less than top marks. Cant wait for the weather to improve so I can really start to enjoy it properly.

Just bought an Audi Q7 from here. No problems at all, didnt physically see the car in person but however, i was sent some quality videos from Victor who ensured i had a smooth purchase from start to finish. And due to the distance he even arranged for the car to be delivered for a reasonable price! 5/5
