Great car buying experience and not a single point I can't think of that I could give them to improve on. The staff are friendly and there is a wide range of cars to choose from. The Corsa that I bought is very good. Overall I would say I got an experience worthy of five stars.

I bought an Audi A1 from Reed Autos and it is a brilliant car. The team here are great and the whole process is so straightforward that I didn't need to have too much to do with the salesmen, if that makes sense? Everything was so well in hand that I was able to just leave them to it which suited me very well 👍 I will me using Reed Autos again.

The Mito has been great! The customer service was very good, when I purchased the car, drove a couple of miles up the road and it went into limp mode 😕 you can imagine my disappointment. This happened just as the garage was closing, we took the car straight back (they hung on for us) and next day called to organise a courtesy car. They went above and beyond and not only fixed the car they also gave it a full service. So despite the initial disappointment the team at Reed really came through and I would highly recommend them. 5 out of 5! 😊

It would be wrong of my to say anything other than this dealership is very good. When buying my Smart car everything went very smoothly and the purchase was completed quicker than I anticipated which was a huge bonus, The Smart Car has been running very well and there have been no unwanted surprises since the purchase.

I wish I'd have known how simple it is to buy a car with Reed Autos because I would have started using them years ago! The team couldn't have done more for me and the gentleman who I mainly dealt with was very knowledgeable about the Toyota which was most helpful. It really tipped the scale for me when I heard how economical it is.

My other half is very happy with his Focus and is more than happy to do the lion share of the driving now 🙊 There have been no issues with the car or the customer service for that matter! Without a shadow of a doubt in my mind it would have to be five starts for the genuine and lovely team!

I can't complain so far the BMW is doing great. The team at Reed Autos were helpful and friendly throughout. I would return and recommend.

Reed Autos is the dealership that I bought my Golf from at let me tell you it is absolutely spot on 👌 The one thing I am kicking myself about is curbing the alloys 😩 But anyway we move... the customer service was really good, there is nothing more that needed to be done to make my experience better. One thing that really stood out to me was they were not pushy or really salesy, the guy who I dealt with chatted to me naturally and didn't put it on thick.

I bought a Peugeot 108 from Reed Autos for my daughter and the car is doing very well, she absolutely loves it! The whole process of buying the car was a pleasure and the team were fantastic. I encountered no problems and would happily return.
