I came to Phantom needing a car ASAP.... Once I explained why I needed the car fast I felt they prioritised me and did everything in their power to get me a car and get me one fast. Ben sorted everything out he was amazing and so friendly. He walked me through every bit of paper work and got everything set up in the click of the fingers. It was so easy, I just cant believe how brilliant everyone was. I can not thank you enough!

I am very happy with the process. It was smooth, quick and based on my experience I can tell you I will be back in the future for an upgrade.

When I bough my BMW from Phantom Motor Company I did notice a few niggles with it at first so I got in touch with the team and they were more than helpful and the managers were very obliging! Since then all has been great and I am pleased with the car. Despite the issues I don't think there is anything that could have been done better.

Bought a Mercedes from Phantom Motor Company and its been brilliant since the day I bought it home! Not a single issue to be found with it. The team were lovely and friendly throughout the purchase and there isn't much I could think of that they could have done to improve the experience for me. If I was being super critical it they could have been a little bit more responsive to my phone calls - other than that all good!
